Wellington Financial, the exclusive Resort Finance lending correspondent for Liberty Bank, announced the bank recently completed a loan of $13.5 million to Timescape Resorts, LLC, developer of Calypso Cay Vacation Villas Resort in Kissimmee, Florida.
