Lemonjuice Scott MacGregor speaks about timeshare legacy resorts’ at GNEX

During the upcoming GNEX conference, Lemonjuice Capital and Solutions Executive Vice President of Operations R. Scott MacGregor will discuss the greatest challenge faced by the timeshare resort industry today – that of ‘legacy,’ or aging, resorts facing financial ruin. More than three-quarters of U.S. timeshare resorts are in their fourth or fifth decade of operation and many are in financial distress.

“Over the years we’ve all been able to observe this downward spiral,” says MacGregor. “In my remarks, I’ll be addressing what’s next for ‘legacy’ resorts and what the resulting future might look like for the timeshare industry.  Plus, I’ll be describing a few of the ways Lemonjuice Capital believes these properties can be ‘reimagined.’ In fact, our solution, Resorts ReimaginedTM, has been nominated for Best Product Development.”

Other Lemonjuice representatives attending include CEO and Managing Partner Alexander Krakovsky and VP of Business Development Jan Barrow, RRP. “Anyone interested in scheduling a meeting during the conference is welcome to contact me,” says Barrow. “We’d welcome them to call 1-863-602-8804 or email Jan.Barrow@Lemonjuice.biz and I’ll be happy to schedule a consultation with any member of our team at any time.”

Scott MacGregor has also appeared on the Resort Trades’ Lunch Bunch video platform most recently saying, “Not Challenges, But Opportunities…Resorts are all FIXABLE.”
