LaTour Hotels & Resorts Signs Management Contract with Panorama Resort Interval Owners Association

LaTour Hotels & Resorts, a standout in the vacation property management arena, announced that it has signed a contract with the Panorama Resort Interval Owners Association representing the 53 units at Panorama Vacation Retreat at Horsethief Lodge, a Canada based property in the scenic Purcell Mountains. Under the contract, LaTour Hotels & Resorts took over management responsibilities as of January 1, 2016.

During the transition, LaTour Hotels & Resorts will integrate new operational procedures to enhance the overall efficiency of the property. They will evaluate the property’s finances and implement a strategic plan for operational and capital budgeting to provide long term growth for this timeshare property located at Panorama Resort. Additionally, they will oversee all of the marketing initiatives and brand management for the property.
