Florida HOAs: Understanding how SB4D will affect you

After the collapse of the Champlain Towers South in Surfside, Florida lawmakers introduced much more stringent statutory standards and timelines that affect condominiums, including timeshare properties. According to an article appearing in the April 2023 edition of Resort Trades, there will be substantial changes to how HOAs must handle reserves, as well as safety inspections.
