Interval International’s Members-Only Forum Tops 300,000 Profiles

Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation ownership services, announced that Community, its members-only forum, has surpassed 300,000 profiles. Hosted on intervalworld.com, Community boasts more than 210,000 page views during the month of April and over 150,000 posts to date.

“Since launching Community, it has become a very active and valuable meeting place for members to learn, share, and advocate,” said Madeline Berges, Interval’s vice president of e-commerce and digital marketing. “Moreover, this growing social network shows us that members are increasingly engaged with our products and services. They want to know how to make the most of their membership and their fellow members are excellent sources.”

As one of the largest timeshare social networking forums, Community is also an important research tool. “It’s a key resource as we continue to offer more ways for members to enjoy Interval’s many benefits,” added Berges. “By listening to what they are saying, we can also anticipate their needs, identify trends, and deliver even higher quality customer service.”

In addition to sharing tips on exchange, members discuss their travel experiences and frequently seek advice on where to visit on their next vacations. The popular forum will celebrate its 10-year anniversary next year.

Interval is also active on other social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and Linkedin.
