Interval International Recognized For Excellence In Technology by ARDA

Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services, was recently honored with a prestigious ARDY Award in the category of Technology Project Team by the American Resort Development Association (ARDA). Each year, the ARDA Awards recognize the best of the best in the vacation ownership industry.

The winning Interval International team, which included a cross-functional group of software developers, digital marketing specialists, business analysts, and quality assurance specialists, was recognized for its innovation in the development of the redesigned Interval International® To Go App. The award nomination highlighted the team’s use of Agile development to speed up delivery and reach desired outcomes as well as the app’s expanded functionality to enhance the vacation planning experience for members.

“We are thrilled to be chosen once again for this important award,” said Jeanette Marbert, President and CEO of Interval International. “As reflected by its high ratings, the Interval International To Go app has been a game-changer for our members. Our teams utilized best practices to create a seamless mobile experience, making it even easier for members to research, exchange, and book their vacations.”

ARDA President & CEO Jason Gamel shares his views on the timeshare resort/vacation ownership industry in the period of COVID-19.

“Interval has been a proud member of ARDA and a leader in our industry for years, and this award highlights their continued innovation in delivering exceptional customer experiences,” said Jason Gamel, ARDA’s president and CEO. “We are delighted to present them with this notable achievement, and look forward to them being part of the ongoing success of the vacation ownership industry.”
