Industry Leader, Robert Kobek, to Moderate 2018 TCPA Compliance Summit

Robert Kobek, President of Mobius VP, LLC, the developer of Customer Count online customer feedback management system, and  PACE (Professional Association of Consumer Engagement) Board Member, will moderate a panel of experts at the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Compliance Act) Summit to be held March 12-13, 2018 in Scottsdale, AZ.

The Summit, The TCPA Litigation Explosion: What You Need to Know to Protect Your Business in 2018, will cover essential topics such as ambiguous terms in the law, rapidly changing technology and astronomical settlements which are fueling the explosive growth in TCPA litigation.

Held at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch, Kobek will be moderating a panel of legal experts in the field of telephone regulation.  The panel includes Will Maxson, Assistant Director of the FTC’s Division of Marketing Practices, Michelle Shuster, General Counsel at Professional Association for Customer Engagement and Tanya Klausner, Partner at Wilson, Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati who specializes in Internet and TCPA Law.

According to Ron Allen, CEO of Contact Center Compliance “We are fortunate to have Bob Kobek as our moderator.  His deep knowledge of the subject matter and ability to drive home key information delivered by a well-versed panel was evident at our sold-out summit in Clearwater, FL in December of 2017.  His sessions get great ratings among attendees and we are looking forward to working with him at the upcoming Arizona Summit and again this summer at our July 2018 TCPA Compliance Summit in Chicago.”
