Holiday Inn Club Vacations® Will Add 710 New Jobs

Holiday Inn Club Vacations®, a national vacation ownership brand housed under Orange Lake Resorts, announces the completion of a $1.6 million renovation to its Arlington Contact Center. The company plans to hire an additional 710 new team members for the contact center by the end of 2019, with a majority of the roles in sales and marketing, including management positions.

The Arlington Contact Center has already experienced growth, with more than 100 new roles added in the last year. Now, the center employs nearly 400 Holiday Inn Club Vacations team members, with most of those individuals working in roles that support the sales and marketing operations for the company’s 28 resorts.

“The property’s advantageous location in the center of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and the region’s strong talent pool made the decision to expand the Arlington Contact Center an easy one,” said John Sutherland, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Orange Lake Resorts. “From our company culture to team member benefits, we keep family at the core of everything we do. We’re thrilled to continue growing in the family-focused and value-driven Pantego community.”

Pantego Mayor Doug Davis joined Sutherland on April 24 to help cut the ceremonious ribbon and officially open the new center. Additionally, the center’s team members enjoyed a day-long celebration with food, games, giveaways and live music.

“We’re very excited that Holiday Inn Club Vacations is expanding its presence here and bringing hundreds of new jobs to our community,” said Mayor Davis. “While the company operates nationally, it also has a rich family history. This makes it a perfect business partner for the town of Pantego, which prides itself on maintaining a small-town atmosphere as it grows to become a premier community to live and work.”

The Holiday Inn Club Vacations Arlington Contact Center is located at 2400 West Pioneer Parkway, Suite 210 in Pantego, Texas. For more information on open positions with the company, visit careers.holidayinnclub.com
