Mark Wang Hilton Grand Vacations President & Chief Executive Officer

Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (NYSE:HGV) announces it ranked ninth in the “Giant companies 250+ employees” category on Orlando Business Journal’s (OBJ) 2021 Best Places to Work list, which recognizes and honors outstanding companies to work for in Central Florida.

“Our most valuable strength is our team members, and it is an incredible privilege to be recognized as a Best Place to Work by the Orlando Business Journal,” said Mark Wang, president, and CEO of Hilton Grand Vacations. “We strive to take care of our team members in the right way, so they can take care of our owners and guests. By following our mission of putting people first, we ensure team members become family, guests become owners, and owners become the heart of everything we do.”

This is HGV’s first time being recognized on OBJ’s prestigious Best Places to Work list, and the company ranks among a total of 60 businesses with local offices and operations. Honorees represent a variety of industries with workforces ranging from two to over 500 employees in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia, and Brevard counties.

“At HGV, we are very intentional about cultivating an inclusive culture that is based on transparency and fueled by a passion for integrity and doing the right thing,” said Pablo Brizi, executive vice president, chief human resources officer & corporate affairs. “We are definitely a company comprised of hard-working team members, but we also incorporate fun, a sense of belonging, and a strong desire to give back to the communities across our footprint.”

Companies across Central Florida entered the two-part submission process. The companies were judged and ranked based on results gathered from an employee survey administered by OBJ partner Quantum Workplace, as well as an entry focusing on the organization’s culture, leadership, benefits, and more.
