Grand Pacific Resorts Welcomes Capistrano Surfside Inn

Grand Pacific Resorts, a management company with more than 30 years of experience and a deep commitment to enhancing vacation ownership, signed a management contract with Capistrano Surfside Inn in Capistrano Beach, California effective January 1, 2017. Capistrano Surfside Inn is the second resort in Orange County to join the family of Grand Pacific Resorts, in keeping with the company’s commitment to growth in beach and mountain destinations throughout California and Hawaii.

“Capistrano Surfside Inn has a long history of providing exceptional vacations,” says Nigel Lobo, RRP, Chief Operating Officer for this growing management company. “We look forward to enhancing the owner and associate experience at Capistrano Surfside Inn with our unique service culture, based on our core purpose of ‘Enriching Lives by Creating Experiences Worth Sharing.’”

According to Rick Davenport, President of the Capistrano Surfside Inn Homeowners Association, “Grand Pacific Resorts has been immensely helpful in shaping a management contract that fits the unique needs of our resort. We are excited to have such a dynamic, hands-on company bringing new vitality to our resort.”

Capistrano Surfside Inn’s full-service management contract encompasses resort operations and a simplified service experience for owners through Grand Pacific Vacation Services’ one-touch personalized service center. Grand Pacific Resorts will also service all maintenance fee billing and collections through Advanced Financial Company (AFC). In addition to their existing benefits, owners now have exclusive access to nightly owners-only rental rates through ResorTime and Grand Pacific Exchange, an exclusive exchange network with no membership fees.

Lobo adds, “We are also excited about the growth potential for our associates as we continue to expand our West Coast presence. There will be many career growth opportunities within our family of resorts as our reputation continues to grow.” Grand Pacific Resorts also manages nearby San Clemente Cove in San Clemente, California, and several other timeshare resorts in Northern and Southern California and Hawaii.
