Grand Pacific Resorts Expands Along the California Coast

Grand Pacific Resorts brings its over three decades of timeshare management expertise to San Clemente Inn, its second managed resort in San Clemente, furthering its footprint along the much sought-after Southern California coast. Timeshare owners and guests at San Clemente Inn will enjoy the unique Grand Pacific Resorts management experience effective September 1, 2022.

San Clemente Inn blends the conveniences of a resort with the comforts of home in cozy-yet-modern accommodations offered in a variety of floorplans. Amenities include a pool, spa, tennis and basketball courts, 9-hole mini golf, and an onsite restaurant. Each condo features a fully-stocked kitchenette and private balcony for complete relaxation along the scenic coast. The resort is located a short distance from pristine beaches, the iconic pier, and San Clemente’s charming downtown area filled with boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The full-service management agreement with San Clemente Inn includes resort operations, Owner services, and exchange and rental services. Grand Pacific Resorts will also service maintenance fee billing and collections through its partner, Advanced Financial Company (AFC). In addition to existing benefits, Owners will gain access to both nightly and weekly rentals as well as extended vacation opportunities through Grand Pacific Exchange (GPX), an exclusive Owners-only exchange network from Grand Pacific Resorts. Owners will enjoy GPX’s newest benefit, GPX Perks, a credit savings program that can be applied towards rental cars, tour packages, cruises, and more.

This new management contract brings Grand Pacific Resorts to a total of twenty-four managed properties. Grand Pacific Resorts also manages San Clemente Cove, a Mediterranean-style resort nestled on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, located just steps from the sand.
