GNEX Conference Grows Team, Appoints Michaela Finn as New Marketing and Events Specialist

GNEX Conference (‘GNEX’ or the ‘conference’), one of the vacation industry’s most engaging conference platforms, today announced the appointment of Michaela Finn as its new marketing and events specialist. With a wealth of experience in entertainment marketing and curating memorable event experiences in high-level hospitality environments, she will play a critical role in the promotion, planning, and onsite execution of all three GNEX Conferences annually.

Finn previously served as an event concierge with The Ritz-Carlton and marketing coordinator for an action sports entertainment group, where she excelled in delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing event logistics, and developing highly effective marketing campaigns. Her creative approach and deep understanding of audience engagement will be instrumental in continuing the success and growth of GNEX.

“I’m thrilled to join the GNEX team and bring my passion for event management and marketing to this unique platform,” said Finn. “I look forward to collaborating with industry leaders and working closely with our sponsors to create unforgettable experiences that drive real results for their businesses.”

Finn joins the company just weeks prior to the 2024 GNEX-ACOTUR Conference, held Nov. 5-7, 2024, at the Kempinski Hotel Cancun in Cancun, Mexico, and ahead of the 15th annual GNEX Conference, held at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Feb. 24-26, 2025, in Las Vegas.

“Michaela brings a fresh perspective and a level of creativity that aligns perfectly with our mission to push the boundaries of event experiences,” said Paul Mattimoe, president and CEO of Perspective Group, organizers of the GNEX events. “Her approach to blending marketing strategy and onsite execution will be key in elevating our conferences and delivering even greater value for our sponsors and attendees.”
