Global Discovery Vacations Announces 2nd Annual Military Appreciation Cruise

Travel industry leader Global Connections, Inc. (GCI), a travel club fulfillment and service provider, announces that its travel club Global Discovery Vacations is honoring our military with a 7-day “Leaf Peeping” and Country Music VIP Cruise to Canada and New England. Going on a cruise can be a great vacation. Some people often choose cruises that either sail overnight or stay overnight when they reach their destination, for example, if they go to Canada, they would get a place to stay similar to these short term rentals toronto, taking in the city before heading back to their cruise.

The Princess Cruise departs from New York City on September 30, 2017 for one week. In addition to onboard credit for retired and active military personnel, passengers will be entertained by a Salute to Heroes Show, starring country singer Rusty Rierson. Global members on the cruise will also receive an exclusive Meet and Greet Cocktail Party, complimentary dining in the ship’s specialty restaurant, an exclusive Hospitality Desk and a designated on-board Group Host.

“We’re proud to support all those who serve and have served our country,“ said Tom Lyons, President and CEO of Global Connections. “They deserve special R & R options and this cruise comes at that great time of year when the fall colors are in full force. Our Global travel agents are on hand to make booking this extraordinary experience smooth and seamless.”

“We encourage our members to book early, as these specialty cruises fill up quickly,” added Lyons.

Some of the other VIP cruises available to Global Discovery Vacations members scheduled for 2017 include a 50s and 60s themed adventure to the Caribbean, a distinctive voyage through the Panama Canal, an Elton John Experience, and a 7-day Caribbean Cruise benefitting Children’s Mercy.
