Global Connections Opens Myla Rose Saloon at Lodge by The Blue

Global Connections, Inc. (GCI) has opened the doors to Myla Rose Saloon at Lodge by The Blue. Located in Breckenridge, CO, the Lodge is a family resort, located in the heart of some of the best skiing in Colorado and perfect for families looking for a convenient location in the Rockies.
Myla Rose Saloon is an extension of Lodge by The Blue’s rustic Colorado mountain vibe, with a stone fireplace, warm polished wood floors and tables, and a bar that combines modern functionality with retro rustic, creating an ambience worthy of a trendy underground speakeasy.

Named after President and CEO Tom Lyons’ granddaughter, Myla Rose Saloon is an amenity welcomed by Global Discovery Vacations members and other guests staying at the Lodge. With an on-site happy hour and a great menu, the restaurant is also intended as a destination for locals as well.

The “elevated comfort food” menu includes hearty and healthy meal options as well as a craft cocktail menu with specialty cocktails and craft beers. Chef Christian Anderson runs the kitchen with a commitment to buy locally sourced ingredients and create most of the menu in house, including varying daily specials featuring all natural selections. While the menu will change due to availability and seasonality, some of the choices that will be featured are Colorado Green Chili Cheese Fries, All-Natural Bison Poutine and Myla’s Mac and Cheese.

Lodge by The Blue has an expansive balcony deck to view the sunset or stargaze. Myla Rose diners are encouraged to bring their favorite beverages outside to enjoy the spectacular views; or they may opt to enjoy them on a comfy couch in front of one of the Lodge’s cozy roaring fireplaces.
