Dave Dawson, Vice President Acquisitions and Development of GCI said, “We do our utmost to provide exceptional vacation experiences. We are so proud of our awesome resort staff and all of their efforts. The resorts themselves are wonderful vacation spots and the hospitality that our members and guests enjoy is always top notch. This award acknowledges that our hard work and commitment to customer satisfaction is well received both by our guests and the hospitality industry.”
The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and timeliness of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. The ‘Hall of Fame’ honors those businesses that have earned a Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years.
