First-Ever Franchised Hotel Renovation Office Opens In Florida

Hotel Makeover announced today that its first franchised hotel renovation office has opened in central Florida.  Based in Tampa, David Dumphy is the company’s first franchisee, and is supported by a team of hotel design, purchasing and construction experts.

“Hotel Renovation has been costly and complicated for too long,” said HM Franchise President, Joe Aiello.  “Now, hoteliers in central Florida can call a local expert to manage every image and comfort detail, and maintain their hotels cheaper, easier and better than ever before.”

A Revolution In Hotel and Timeshare Renovation

“Hotel Makeover is changing the concept of hospitality renovation,” said Mr. Aiello. “Hotel and timeshare managers simply can’t afford the expense, time and upheaval of the current system.  As a result, their businesses suffer.  In our new high-tech process, design, planning, procurement and logistics will be provided from a state-of-the-art campus in Houston, Texas.  David and franchisees in other cities will provide high-touch local consulting to clients, inspect and assess their facilities, and provide comprehensive on-site renovation activities.”

About Hotel Makeover

Founded in 1999, Hotel Makeover provides turn-key renovations to hotels, resorts and time share facilities.  The company is an approved or preferred vendor for almost all major brands, and supplies all services and products from finance, design and FF&E to construction, installation and warranty administration.

The company is establishing a national network of offices to place hotel renovation experts within driving range of virtually every hotel in the country.  Other new offices will open this year in Austin, Denver, and Raleigh.
