In November, Fairshare became an affiliate of the Resorts Condominiums International’s subsidiary, RVC. Through this alliance, Fairshare provides high-quality vacations at RCI resort destinations worldwide to consumers who pay their past due accounts. Dennis Rogers, President of Fairshare, explained, “Offering delinquents a great vacation is an effective way to get them paying again. We do this at no cost to the consumer or our client. It’s part of our core philosophy: ‘If They Stay & Play, They Will Pay’. In addition to generating more collections, this can breathe new life into a consumer’s relationship with our client, and it always generates goodwill and enhances the value of the client’s brand.” “This is a great addition to the ‘Faircare©’ tools that our Collectors have at their disposal to reward debtors who pay,” added Harry Van Sciver, Fairshare Director.

Special Savings For New Clients

Fairshare is now offering all New Clients 50% Savings on their first month’s collections. “We find more of your lost customers, we collect more of your lost money, and then we pay you more of what we collect,” said Rogers. “All that, plus 50% off. A real ‘Win, Win, Win, Win’ solution for our clients,” noted Van Sciver.

ARDA Chairman’s League

Fairshare has joined the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) as a Chairman’s League member. Stated Van Sciver, “I enjoyed going to ARDA events for years when I was a timeshare developer and lender. Now that I am partnering with Dennis in the collections and customer recovery business, I recognize even more value in the association. ARDA is the number one force for good policy and best practices in the Vacation Ownership Industry.”
