“Our organization move has one objective, and that is to exceed our clients ‘expectations and to proactively define the client experience,” says Frank Morrisroe, president of Equiant. “To achieve this we have to perform with speed; speed in client communications, speed in product development and implementations, and speed in improving operational efficiencies.”
In his new role, Moody will be heading up the client relations team in addition to the sales team, giving Equiant’s clients a “one-stop-shop” from sales to service that can meet all their needs.
As chief product visionary, Kim will be heading up a newly created product development team. The department was created to streamline implementation processes and to help Equiant create, evaluate, and deploy new products. New positions within the team include a head of training for both clients and internal staff as well as a senior project manager to manage product implementation and processes.
These moves comes as Equiant has rolled out new benefits and features for its industry-leading technology, service and security, and clients have responded, creating double-digit growth. Equiant’s Platform as a Service (PaaS) model allows clients to service their accounts in-house. Using cloud technology, Equiant’s platform provides servers, storage methodology and other systems to host developer accounts. At the same time, the tightening labor market in a time of industry growth has led other developers to outsource loan servicing to Equiant’s highly trained and capable staff.
