Wordwide exchange provider, DAE, has celebrated its outstanding leaders at an annual award ceremony this week.

Part of Australasia’s leading service provider in hospitality, leisure and vacation ownership, the Beneficium Group, DAE’s best and brightest were honored at the organization’s second annual group-wide awards – the ‘Benny Awards – on the Gold Coast on Tuesday 2 August.

Taking home the ‘Benny’ for Excellence in Leadership, the head of DAE’s Administration Team, Chantelle Murphy, was presented with the award by DAE CEO, Francis Taylor.

“We have some very strong, passionate and talented leaders within our group that lead by example and lead from the front,” said Mr Taylor.

“Their personal drive has them thriving on the challenge of not only reaching all of our goals, but they deliver an extraordinary amount of value to the organization at large purely by being themselves.”

Mr Taylor praised DAE’s leaders for constantly looking for and finding new ways of running a better business.

“Chantelle has held various roles at DAE starting in a front office role before showing eagerness to learn and take a larger part in her team.

“She possesses the right mix of personality and fun, with a straight honest approach to managing the team, ensuring the multitude of tasks are completed on a timely basis with no room for error when it comes to our members enjoying their best experiences when dealing with any of our individual companies,” he said.

“Congratulations to Chantelle for her leadership within this team and across our organization, each and every day.”
