CustomerCount® Announces 2018 AMDETUR Sponsorship

CustomerCount®, a cloud-based survey solution providing intuitive real-time reporting, has joined the distinguished group of tourism, hospitality and resort timesharing companies sponsoring the organization’s convention at the Hotel Westin Santa Fe in Mexico City June 12-14, 2018.

AMDETUR (The Mexican Association of Tourism Developers) has been instrumental in promoting a common front focusing on defining an appropriate regulatory framework to allow the growth of the Mexican real estate tourism industry.

CustomerCount will be the official event feedback system for the convention. Attendees will be given several opportunities to provide their opinions on the entire experience from beginning to end.

Carlos Trujillo, Executive President of AMDETUR, said that “Last year’s CustomerCount feedback system gave us for the first time in many years, great insights which helped AMDETUR management to plan this year’s convention. Our attendees come from Mexico, North America, the Caribbean and Latin America.  Since the feedback system is fluent in 40 languages, it is extremely advantageous to our constituencies. The CustomerCount team guides us in creating comprehensive and user-friendly surveys. They understand the importance of engaging our attendees, so we may use with feedback to help ensure the continuing quality of future events.”

According to Carlos Marchi, CustomerCount’s Executive Vice President of Sales for Mexico and Latin America, “This year, CustomerCount’s multi-lingual feedback system will assist the AMDETUR management with planning future events. Our online feedback system measures and reports customer feedback through branded, customized online surveys, and this system is available in nearly 40 languages, making it an important tool internationally.”

Robert Kobek, President of CustomerCount said “CustomerCount’s presence in Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America is in growth mode.  We are glad to support the work of AMDETUR by sponsoring a breakfast and are pleased to have the opportunity to introduce our survey system along with all of its recent upgrades and enhancements to attendees at this event.”
