We caught up with Curtis Knipe from El Cid Vacations Club recently who told us about their recent relationship with Crelogix, the Canadian consumer finance company. “Since we entered into the transaction with Crelogix three or four months ago, we’ve definitely seen an uptick in sales to Canadians,” says Knipe. “Previously, we were under the impression that Canadians were just adverse to taking on loan obligations. But we see now that if they can deal with a lender in their own currency – from down payments to monthly installments – they are much more comfortable.”
