Collaboration, Compliance, and Innovation Take Center Stage on Final Day of ARDA-ROC/TBMA Spring Conference

The final day of the ARDA-ROC/Timeshare Board Members Association (TBMA) Spring Conference, held at Foxwoods Resort & Casino, delivered a powerful conclusion to a week filled with insight, innovation, and industry collaboration.

The day kicked off with welcoming remarks from Gordon Gurnik, Chief Operating Officer of Hilton Grand Vacations and Chair of ARDA, setting a forward-looking tone. Attendees were then guided through a high-level discussion on current industry trends and future outlooks led by Jason Gamel (President & CEO, ARDA), David Callaghan, and Jay Wilson.

The morning sessions focused on essential topics such as insurance and risk management, legislative updates, and emerging technologies poised to reshape resort operations. A private idea exchange allowed resort managers and homeowner association (HOA) board members to collaborate on shared challenges and solutions in a confidential setting.

After a dynamic networking lunch, participants reconvened for a session highlighting key regulatory developments impacting the timeshare industry. The conference continued with expert-led insights on technology tools designed to enhance operational efficiency at resorts across the U.S.

The conference wrapped up with a summary of key takeaways, closing comments, and a series of prize drawings that added a touch of fun and camaraderie to the conclusion of the event.

“This conference provided the perfect forum for resort professionals and board members to come together and discuss the pressing challenges and exciting innovations facing our industry,” said one participating resort manager.

The event was made possible thanks to the support of key sponsors, including:
Resort Owners Coalition, Capital Vacations, Lemonjuice Capital & Solutions, SPI Software, Vacatia, GetAways Resort Management, RCI, TimeShareWare, Alliance Association Bank, CustomerCount, Facilities Advisors International, Grand Pacific Resorts, Gregory & Appel, Hospitality Resources & Design, Interval International, Miller & Martin PLLC, InnSeason Management, Suite Vacations, TimeSharing Today, and The MVP Service.
