Clive Daniel Home Installs Lutgert Models for North Carolina Linville Ridge Mountain Homes

Clive Daniel Home award winning Interior Designers Jean Losier and Lisa Mettetal have recently installed interiors for the Spruce residence in Linville, North Carolina, developed by The Lutgert Companies. The sales price including furnishings is $1,138,000.

According to Losier, “We were requested to bring an updated look to Linville Ridge with a design that would reflect the surrounding mountain environment. We knew it was important to bring the outdoors inside. The 2,462-sq.-ft. residence features a 17-foot, floor-to-ceiling fireplace as the focal point with grand windows providing a bird’s-eye view of the valley below. The ledge stone is a light sand/ tan color, resembling the coloring of Alleghany stone mined in North Carolina.”

Though the home is new, special details such as whitewashed cladding on the walls and rustic planking in the ceiling generate a very cozy, rustic feeling of having been there for generations before. Fabrics and furnishings help create a sophisticated yet relaxed feeling.
