Caucasus University to Deliver Master’s Degree Program in Hospitality and Tourism Management in Cooperation with the University of Central Florida

On August 28, Caucasus University and the University of Central Florida signed an agreement on strategic partnership aiming at delivering a joint master’s degree Program in Hospitality and Tourism Management meeting modern international standards. The program will allow its students to acquire theoretical knowledge from the local and international specialists of the field and visit Rosen College of Hospitality Management for internships.

The cooperation envisages student exchange, re-training of the academic personnel, elaborating short-term certificate courses, holding joint events and gatherings, carrying out research projects and offering internships in Florida, which will significantly contribute to enhancing the capacity of Caucasus Tourism School.

Active partners of the above-mentioned Joint project are the USAID’s Economic Security Program and its contractor, international consultancy Solimar. It was through their support that Caucasus Tourism School obtained UNWTO international TEDQUAL certification and thereby became the first Georgian Higher Educational Institution with such recognition.
