Casa Ybel Resort Selects Furnishings from Clive Daniel Hospitality

Clive Daniel Hospitality, the national award-winning division of Clive Daniel Home, has recently been awarded a contract for the installation of furnishings for 40 whole ownership units at the iconic Casa Ybel Resort on Sanibel Island, Florida.

“We have previously worked with Clive Daniel Hospitality (CDH) in our reception area restaurant and at Thistle Lodge. They also left their design footprint on our units several years ago. We strive to provide an exceptional level of quality to our guests and look forward to working with CDH on this project,” said Froilan “JR” Ramirez Jr., general manager of Casa Ybel Resort.

According to Nancy Woodhouse IDS, Clive Daniel Home’s VP of Hospitality Division and Business Development, “We will be transforming the color palette from an earthy sunset to new watercolor shades of tropical blues and greens to enhance the guest and owners’ experience. The renovation will add a fresh look with updated upholstery, sofas, and window coverings.”

To be completed in the fall of 2019, the units will include new bed toppings and linens. Rooms will be painted a new light fresh color to brighten the room with new upholstery, lighting, drapery, and bedding.
