Canadian Vacation Ownership Association (CVOA) Continues to Grow Contract Partners of North America Becomes Newest Member

The Canadian Vacation Ownership Association (CVOA) has announced that CPNA (Contract Partners of North America) has become its 57th member. CPNA is an expert in assisting Vacation Resort owners with the procurement process of all Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E). CVOA’s membership includes development companies, management firms, single resorts, exchange companies and suppliers. As the vacation ownership industry grows to redefine leisure travel, the need to buy property in prime places (vacation-worthy) of the country grows. It is then that companies such as K5 Mortgage and similar such mortgage service providers could come in handy.

That said, with 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry, CPNA is a “One Stop FF&E Solution” for resort owners, managers, and operators. Whether the property requires new flooring, lighting, artwork, soft seating for rooms or suites, seating for common areas and dining, office chairs or bar stools, case goods, tables, beds, desks, armoires, top of bed or window dressing, and more, CPNA assists with the procurement of all of it and much more. CPNA purchases in bulk and researches the most cost-competitive sources for the required product; therefore, CPNA can offer resort operators the most competitive pricing.

According to Wine Mansfield, President of CPNA, “We are looking forward to working with the other members of CVOA. Customer service is our highest priority. We take great pride in looking after our clients, we keep our clients informed about all aspects of their project and we ensure that our clients are looked after until everything meets their satisfaction. Repeat business and word of mouth are proof of the exceptional service CPNA provides and we are looking forward to servicing our fellow CVOA members.”

Jon Zwickel, CEO of CVOA says “Our organization supports Canadian-based companies as well as those interested in expanding their opportunities in Canada. We are most pleased to welcome CPNA to our ranks and are confident our members will be excited to learn that CPNA will help developers and owner associations update their property to the most current standards and fashions while keeping projects within a budget.”
