Breckenridge Grand Vacations Announces Expansion of Grand Colorado on Peak 8

The Grand Colorado on Peak 8, the pinnacle property of award-winning timeshare developer Breckenridge Grand Vacations (BGV), will be expanding to include a third building at the base of Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort.

Currently under construction, BGV’s luxury, “mountain-modern” resort will now include an additional 52, two-bedroom equivalent condominium units as well as more guest and community amenities. The resort will feature significantly more guest aquatic features including a zero-entry kiddie pool and multiple outdoor hot tubs with incredible views of the ski area and surrounding mountains.

The third building of the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 will be home to approximately 22,000-square-feet of Breckenridge Ski Resort guest service, rental and retail space. It will also include a coffee shop and an outdoor ice skating rink, both of which will be open to the general public. The original two buildings will connect to the third via an enclosed pedestrian bridge.

“With the completion of the core of the Peak 8 base area, we believe Breckenridge will provide a ski and guest experience in North America that is second to none and we’re excited to be part of that,” Dudick said.

Construction on the building will begin in the spring of 2017.
