Bluegreen Vacations are pleased to announce our newest addition to the team, Richard Wieczerzak – Area Vice President of Sales for Bluegreen at Tradewinds & Southern Florida!
Richard brings a wealth of experience with 28+ years of success within the timeshare/vacation ownership sales and marketing industry. Richard’s expertise includes 20 years working with Wyndham, where he led 9 start-up properties in 6 different markets from a sales perspective. He was awarded multiple site pinnacle awards over the span of his career. Some of Richard’s previous responsibilities include VP of Clearwater, Area VP of South Florida/Caribbean, and most recently, Senior VP of Oregon/Washington managing $125 million in budgeted revenue while leading 10 sales centers.
Richard takes an innovative approach to recruit, training & development and his philosophy are “Build the Culture” and they will come! Richard is proudly from upstate New York, happily married to his lovely wife Rosa, loves to swim, and enjoys a round of golf in his spare time.
