Artezania Kitchen & Cantina Opens at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale Resort

Orange Lake Resorts, home to the Holiday Inn Club Vacations® brand, recently opened ArteZania Kitchen & Cantina, a new Southwestern-themed restaurant at its Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale Resort. Foodies can choose from an assortment of tortas including the signature ArteZania Burger or tasty Pepitos. The Street Taco menu includes: Pescado (pan-seared Mahi Mahi), Carne Asada, Pollo, Carnitas or De Jardin (vegetarian). Guests can also enjoy a heartier meal by selecting an Anchu Rubbed NY Strip (14 oz.), Honey-Chipotle Glazed Atlantic Salmon, Fajitas, Chilaquiles or Chile Rellenos.

The cantina spirits menu includes a wide-variety of Tequila and Mezcal selections from throughout Mexico’s top Tequila- and Mezcal-producing regions of Los Altos and Jalisco. Crafted from small distilleries, these selections introduce guests to the unique and differing flavors of the region. Diners can also choose from six different margaritas, as well as signature cocktails and a wine selection that ranges from Napa Valley to Veneto, Italy.

“We’re excited to open this new addition for our resort guests, and pleased to also welcome locals,” said James Coon, General Manager Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale Resort. “The atmosphere is warm and our Southwestern food options and expanded spirits menu are terrific. We know our guests and locals will really enjoy this new addition to the Scottsdale food scene.”

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale Resort joined the Holiday Inn Club Vacations brand in December 2015 and was recently awarded TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence for the first time. The company completed a $36 milllion renovation to the resort in August 2016. The property now has 213 one-, two- and three-bedroom villas ranging from approximately 550 square feet to 1,395 square feet. This includes 36 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom Signature Collection villas, the brand’s exclusive luxury product. During construction, four pools were redesigned and renovated including the Splash Canyon pool area that now includes waterslides and a children’s splash pad.
