Ambros Named General Manager of Wyndham Garden Hotel in Lafayette, Louisiana

Leo Spriggs, President and CEO of Hospitality Management Corporation (HMC), is happy to announce that former team member Peter Ambros will return to the company as General Manager of the Wyndham Garden Hotel. As an established hospitality professional, he brings extensive knowledge of the Hotel and Food & Beverage industries, as well as experience with the Louisiana market. He previously held the position of General Manager for the Crowne Plaza Astor, a 4-Diamond property in New Orleans, while working for HMC. His experience also includes numerous management positions within the industry for the Radisson, Omni, Hyatt and Doubletree hotels in the cities of Baltimore and Chicago.

The recently renovated 290-room Wyndham Garden Hotel Lafayette offers an on-site restaurant Bayou Bistro for local Cajun fare andScandals nightclub, a local Lafayette favorite. It also boasts 14,000 sq. ft. of meeting space for conferences or events in the area and is conveniently located near the Lafayette Airport, University of Louisiana and Cajundome.
