Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services, announced the appointment of Alexis Ralph as vice president of business development for the Latin America region. Based in Mexico City, Ralph reports to Marcos Agostini, the company’s senior vice president of business development.
An industry veteran with more than 18 years of hospitality and tourism experience in the areas of business development, sales and finance, Ralph is responsible for growing Interval’s footprint in one of the company’s most important markets.
Prior to joining Interval, Ralph served as vice president of development for Mexico, Central America, and Cuba at Accor Hotels. During his tenure with Accor, he held positions of increasing responsibility and led many of the company’s growth initiatives in Latin America and the Caribbean. His industry experience also includes previous roles with Horwath HTL, a global hotel, travel, and tourism consulting firm, and with the hospitality and industry practice of Grupo Financiero Banorte, a leader among Mexico’s banking and financial services companies.

Fluent in English and Spanish and having broad international experience, Ralph is a frequent speaker at industry conferences in the U.S. and Latin America. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from IPADE business school in Mexico City, and completed Cornell University’s Hotel and Real Estate Investments and Asset Management certificate program.
