How to find out what owners think

Resort Trades announces its third, free, timeshare industry professionals’ Town Hall to discuss owner communications, surveys, & raising satisfaction rates.

Resort Trades says that in August it will host another Town Hall to discuss communication strategies, people skills required, face to face engagement, developing technical communication techniques, and getting the most from online surveys.

Currently scheduled, the Resort Trades’ July Town Hall features Shari Levitin of The Levitin Group and Ron Roberts of Sage Marketing. The session, held as a teleconference, is titled, “Innovative Sales & Marketing,” and will occur on July 16th, 2020, beginning at 1:55 p.m EDT. Free registration is now open and is available by visiting ResortTrades.com/LearningCenter.*

The first Resort Trades Town Hall held in May – “Resort Resilience” – addressed best practices suggested for resort operators to use during the COVID-19 pandemic. The event, as well as the upcoming July Town Hall, was sponsored by The Contact Group, CustomerCount®, and GBG & Associates. A recording of the event is available on Resort Trades’ Learning Center page.

*PLEASE NOTE: Several subscribers to the Resort Trades Weekly eMagazine reported receiving a broken link to the Registration Form last week. The correct URL to register for the July 16 Town Hall is ResortTrades.com/LearningCenter.

Our thanks to our Town Hall Sponsors:
