Partners Tom Durkee and Lena Combs, practice leaders of the Timeshare Developers and Homeowners Association Services niche of CPA firm WithumSmith+Brown, PC (Withum) announced their firm has expanded its management consulting and advisory offerings with the joining of Portal Solutions, an information technology consulting firm based in Bethesda, MD.
