Great Resort Vacations, based in Salt Lake City, UT, implemented TrackResults for managing the day to day operations of their new travel club sales operations. Travel Smart Vacation Club:
Travel Smart Vacation Club partnered with TrackResults for analytical reporting. The two companies completed a phased proof of concept approach at the end of the year. The project included integration with Merlin and a rollout of TrackResults to sales centers in Mexico, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Saint Lucia, and Negril. TrackResults is used to standardize reporting across the entire enterprise allowing a single source of truth and consistent measurement of performance for all sales locations companywide. With this baseline in place, they now have the consistency to needed collect the right data and run comparative analytics of marketing and sales performance. Based in Panama, Travel Smart is part of the Sunwing Travel Group of Canada. It offers club ownership in prestigious high-end international brands such as Royalton, Hideaway, Chic, Grand Lido, Memories, Starfish, and Mystique resorts. It is also the only club membership that provides members-only air travel discounts through its sister company Sunwing Airlines. Travel Smart is growing quickly with sales starting in several new hotels opening in various locations throughout the Caribbean, including their latest project in Cancun Hotel Zone opening near the end of this month.
