Club Car has recently introduced its new Carryall® 700 Housekeeping Vehicle.
The quiet, electric vehicle was designed in response to feedback from housekeepers at premium resorts. It carries two people and their gear and features a bundle of accessories based on buying patterns of premium resort customers.
That includes an L-shaped van box with LED lights and locking doors that’s designed to carry a full-size vacuum cleaner, brooms, mops and other supplies. Drawers provide storage for small items, and special shelves hold towels, linens, cleaning supplies and more.
In addition to the van box, the vehicle features:
The vehicles will be available worldwide.
The Housekeeping Vehicle is built on the Carryall 700 utility vehicle platform. It features a rustproof aircraft-grade aluminum frame that withstands the water, chemicals and salt air often found on resorts.
It is powered by 48-volt battery pack and 500-amp DC motor controller with controlled downhill ability, zero-speed detect to prevent roll away, regenerative braking, hand-held speed programmability and diagnostic capabilities.
Smart onboard chargers issue alerts to prevent common user errors, and reel retractors allow for “opportunity charging.”
