Rinaldo, who is currently managing director of the travel club division at Blue Diamond Resorts, is well-known for his leadership in building high-performance teams and driving growth. Before joining Blue Diamond Resorts, he spent more than a decade at Karisma Hotels & Resorts, where he created and led the travelers club division, achieving a remarkable 500% growth during his tenure.
