ResortCom Promotes Mayra Granados to Director of Financial Services

ResortCom, a  pioneer in providing servicing solutions for the timeshare and vacation ownership industry, has announced the promotion of Mayra Granados to the position of Director of Financial Services.

Dennis Morrissey Chief Operating Officer

As Director of Financial Services (DFS) Mayra reports directly to Dennis Morrissey, ResortCom’s Chief Operating Officer, and is responsible for leading the Managers and Supervisors in the financial services division, ensuring all the areas are properly following and fulfilling the company goals. The DFS oversees the vital role in the operations division, inclusive of merchant services, contracts, cash handling, and trust services while assuming the responsibility for evaluating plans and finding solutions to all the challenges related to this area. Mayra is the primary contact with the Senior Leadership Team for the financial services division.

Dennis Morrissey says that “Just a few short weeks ago, Mayra celebrated her 15th Anniversary with ResortCom, which is a testament to her dedication and service to the company. Mayra is no stranger to hard work or the financial services area, serving as the manager of this department for more than five years, prior to her most recent role in club operations.  

“We are excited to welcome Mayra ‘home’ to the financial services division. Her wealth of knowledge and experience will continue to be an asset to our teams and will serve her well in this new position.”
