Olympia Hotel Management Wins 4 Prestigious Brand Awards from Hilton Garden Inn and an Award from Hampton Inn

Olympia Hotel Management has won prestigious recognition from Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton Inn for two properties that it manages, continuing its history of best in brand performance with Hilton.

 

Four 2017 brand awards were given to The Hilton Garden Inn Durham-University Medical Center in North Carolina by Hilton Garden Inn, which recognized the exceptional performance of both the hotel and its team members from a field of more than 700 HGI hotels worldwide.

 

The Hilton Garden Inn Durham-University Medical Center won:

 

  • Connie Hotel of the Year in North America, named after Hilton founder Conrad Hilton
  • Problem Resolution SALT Award
  • General Manager Merit Award to Abigail Flynn
  • Director of Sales Merit Award to Traci Kessler

The Hilton Garden Inn Durham/University Medical Center is a repeat Connie winner and both Abigail Flynn and Traci Kessler are multiple award winners as well.

The Hampton Inn Nashua, which is also managed by Olympia Hotel Management, was awarded the Circle of Excellence Award by Hampton Inn. This is the 4th Circle of Excellence for the Nashua hotel which also has two of Hampton Inn’s Lighthouse Awards.

 

“We are equally pleased with the team at the Hampton Inn Nashua for being recognized for its excellence for the 6th time in 7 years,” Schultzel said, noting that only the top 10% of Hampton hotels receive this recognition for high rankings in accommodations, service and quality.

 

The Hilton Garden Inn Durham-University Medical Center features 128 guest rooms and 1,850 square feet of meeting space. The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi, a 24-hour business center, in-room Keurig coffee maker, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor pool and dining at the Garden Grille and Bar.

 

The Hampton Inn Nashua has 102 rooms, complimentary WiFi, an indoor pool, fitness center and a complimentary breakfast.
