Marriott Vacations Worldwide Recognized as a Kincentric Best Employer 2022

Marriott Vacations Worldwide today announced it has been recognized as a Kincentric Best Employer globally, including in Europe and Latin America, and in nine countries including Aruba, France, Indonesia, Ireland, Mexico, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States, as part of Kincentric’s robust assessment that measures and identifies organizations who have transformed their people practices to drive better business results.

As part of the Kincentric Best Employers 2022 assessment, Marriott Vacations Worldwide conducted an employee survey, achieving a 91% response rate and demonstrating strong levels of overall employee engagement. It identified areas of strength, including leaders acting with integrity and modeling the company’s core values, a focus on sustainability and taking care of the community, and a company-wide commitment to inclusion and diversity.
