Lemonjuice Solutions Applies Empathy Research towards Advanced Leadership and Company Culture
Orlando-based resort management company Lemonjuice Solutions recently ran their executive leadership team through an immersive empathy-minded leadership workshop. This training has gained significant traction and importance since the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Many HR departments think it’s just for ‘problem companies,’ but organizations with already effective leadership and workplace culture have much to gain from recent research,” said Wendy Williams, organizational consultant and facilitator of workshops that help teams and leaders learn and apply that knowledge.
