Learn How Innovation Focusing on CX (Customer Experience) Fosters Growth

This coming Friday, October 9, Scott Bahr, CEO of CX Artisans, joins the Trades Lunch Bunch webinar series with his presentation, “Leadership: What Does It Take?” Scott will be sharing:

  • What’s the first step in gaining customer loyalty?
  • How can a company use branding to build relationships and revenue potential?
  • Is it possible to get your customer to have your logo tattooed on their body?
  • What’s the fundamental tool resort professionals can use RIGHT NOW during these tough times?
  • What are the three things a leader needs most, and why?

Scott Bahr has focused his career on customer-centric innovation and growth. He has successfully led businesses in several industries, growing startups into $250 million-plus market leaders and turning around failing companies, leading teams of more than 1,000 people, operating in over 80 countries, building partnerships, and joint ventures – getting the job done. His passion is identifying good business opportunities and turning those raw ideas into great plans to deliver outstanding bottom-line results.

Scott is currently CEO of CX Artisans, a group of industry leaders, functional and technology experts.  He has served in numerous leadership roles in the timeshare sector including CEO of ResortCom, and vice president of Marriott Vacations Worldwide.  Scott has also held leadership roles in a variety of industries including hospitality, healthcare, automotive, food and beverage, and consumer durables.  With an MBA from Duke University and more than a decade in executive roles with leading timeshare and hotel brands, he has been a member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) since 2005.

The free, 30-minute interactive webinar – a “Trades Lunch Bunch” –  begins at 1:00 p.m. ET. Remember the old ‘Brown Bag Lunch’ sessions resort team members used to have before COVID came steamrolling into our lives? That’s what we wish to recreate virtually. So, bring a sandwich, join us for lunch (or brunch for some), and bring your questions.
