Hotel Makeover Opens North Carolina Renovation Office

Houston, Texas November 28, 2016 – Hotel Makeover announced today that its first franchised hotel renovation office in North Carolina has opened in Raleigh.

John and Nancy Tan are the company’s newest franchisees.

John is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and former Vice President for LexisNexis.

Nancy is a former Project Manager and Executive Director for GE.

John and Nancy work with hotel and resort operators to provide turn-key renovations, supported by Hotel Makeover’s central team of design, purchasing and construction experts.

“John and Nancy have great experience managing complex projects,” said HM Franchise President, Joe Aiello. “They understand that successful projects, like hotel renovations, require attention to thousands of details that must come together just right for ho
teliers to reach their goals.”

“Now, for the first time, hoteliers along the mid Atlantic Coast have access to high powered skill sets they need to improve their hotel’s value and become the strongest competitors in their markets. John’s and Nancy’s renovations are turn-key, far more successful and less expensive than other alternatives – and it takes just one call to make them happen.”
