Grand Pacific Resorts, a timeshare company based in Carlsbad, California, took home two prestigious industry awards, Best Overall Company and Best Team, from Perspective Magazine’s annual awards presentations honoring the best in the timeshare industry. These awards are considered among the highest achievements in timeshare, as the winners are decided in part from votes by their industry peers. The awards were presented at the magazine’s awards ceremony, an annual event at GNEX, held February 4, 2016, in New Orleans.
Grand Pacific Resorts was chosen as the Best Overall Company for its commitment to philanthropy, thought leadership, associate development, owner satisfaction, and continued growth. The management company elevated its social responsibility programs in 2015 and implemented several new programs to benefit its owners and associates.
The company’s owner services department received the Best Team award for the second year in a row. In 2015, Grand Pacific Vacation Services further enhanced service levels and nurtured an engaged culture. The team handled more than 250,000 phone calls and live chats and increased the overall owner use rate by five percent.
