First National Trustee Company (FNTC) announced that it has acquired Vacation Ownership Title Agency (VOTA), a leading US-based service provider for title and escrow services in the vacation ownership (timeshare) industry.
“FNTC acquired VOTA as part of its long-term strategy to be a truly global service provider to the vacation ownership industry,” says John P. Raney, President, FNTC America, Ltd.
VOTA has provided bespoke services to the vacation ownership industry for over a decade and is a licensed title agency in 17 states.
The acquisition of VOTA as an additional service provider under the umbrella of FNTC will provide clients a tailored approach to escrow, title and foreclosure services. This new partnership will ensure that FNTC and VOTA can offer a full range of superior services to their current and future client base.
