The Vacation Ownership Industry (“VOI”) is a core niche for Fairshare Solutions, LLC (www.Fairshare.Solutions). When developers, management companies, HOA’s, lenders or service bureaus have delinquencies or defaults – Fairshare collects them all. Fairshare can work within Hypothecation, Securitization, or HOA parameters, and is always compliant with FDCPA and CFPB. Where appropriate, they provide zero percent financing to debtors, rewards-based incentives for payment, and other innovations to ensure that clients get their money quickly.
