DAE Launches New and Improved Website

Worldwide timeshare exchange provider, DAE, has launched a new website, completely overhauling the functionality and feel of their vacation exchange platform at daelive.com.

Managing Director, DAE Global, Francis Taylor, said the new website had been designed with the overall member experience as the primary focus.

“Members have always loved DAE’s simple and easy framework for exchange, and now we are proud to deliver that same level of service online through our new and improved, interactive website,” said Mr Taylor.

“As well as easily searching for exchanges by region, Members can now find inspiration for their next vacation adventure through destination articles and resort collections – wherever they want to go in the world.”

Mr Taylor said the new website brings together several key elements that DAE has been working on behind the scenes over the last few years. “This will take the DAE experience to the next level,” he said.

The new website offers an intuitive user experience in line with DAE’s approach to exchange; a simple platform that is easy to use and puts members’ needs first.

“Our website at daelive.com has been through a number of iterations since it first went online in 1997, but this is by the far the most exciting and monumental upgrade to our online offering,” said Mr Taylor.

Underpinning the new website is the most ambitious project undertaken by DAE to date – EMSweb. The upgraded exchange management system has streamlined all of DAE’s global operations into a centralized platform, allowing for improved internal efficiencies which in turn will ultimately benefit all DAE members.

“We know a lot of our members are accustomed to using a variety of services online – especially to research and book travel – so we wanted to deliver a completely new online experience that is more responsive and offers a user friendly, self-service platform that many of our members prefer.

“Everything from the member account area to booking and secure online payments has been improved and modernized – and the site is now completely mobile friendly.

“It’s intuitive and easy to use, with state-of-the-art backend technology that will give members a great online experience.”

As well as a fresh new look and feel for searching and booking Exchange, Bonus and Rental weeks, the new site allows members to more easily connect with DAE and explore a wider range of travel inspiration with detailed destination guides, resort profiles and travel articles on hundreds of destinations around the world – from Aruba to KwaZulu Natal.

“Importantly we want to reassure members that although we have released our new website we still encourage the personal interaction with our exChange agents – our award-winning service will continue to be offered over the phone and in-person at each of our 11 global offices,” concluded Mr Taylor.
