Custom Travel Solutions New Developments

Custom Travel Solutions is excited to announce a new payment gateway accepting native currency for non USD customers. Moving money across borders is an issue that any global company faces. We prioritize our customer experience over everything, so the need to address this issue has been top of mind. Customers have traditionally faced international bank fees when purchasing from non USD issued credit cards or banks. We are now proud to provide a payment gateway  that eliminates this concern for our valued customers moving forward.

The new gateway brings many advantages to our clients and their members, as you will now have the ability tobothquote and transact in the currency of your choice. This feat comes in response to a concerted effort by our team to bridge the gap between our US customers and our customers abroad, as we feel it is our responsibility to provide equally dedicated and customized support to each customer around the globe.

We believe this is an obvious step in promoting customer loyalty in the travel industry. It is a complex market with a vested interest in aglobal  community, and with that should come a level of commitment and accountability to all the businesses and communities we serve. We are dedicated to this effort and to building trust and loyalty through inclusivity and convenience for our valued clients and their members.
