We were pleasantly surprised to see our Club Donatello hallway on the October 5th, 2023 cover of Resort Trades. We are only 39 years young, with 2,295 Owners, and an Owner-controlled Board of Directors that has been keeping “Our Club” first-class and beautiful since February 1994, when we took it over from the Developer/Declarant. Having CPA’s, Attorneys, Real Estate Brokers, Commercial Insurance Brokers, and Business Leaders volunteering to serve in multiple roles over this 39-yearsperiod has been a significant part of our ongoing success as an Association.

We are active leaders in our local Union Square Alliance, which covers 27-square blocks that includes our Club Donatello property. World-class restaurants, theatre/music/park events entertainment, many art galleries and specialty retailing is all within easy walking distance. We are 1 block from the world-famous Cable Cars on Powell Street and Union Square Park.

All of this adds to the fun and excitement of the total Hospitality experiences for our Owners, Exchange Guests, international travelers and business groups. We are consistently rated at the top of all independent surveys.
