C.A.R.E. Announces Conference Agenda For Association’s 71st Conference

The Cooperative Association of Resort Exchangers (C.A.R.E. or the Association) has officially announced its agenda for its 71st Conference, to be held at the Hotel Kansas City, in Kansas City, Missouri, from May 7 – May 10, 2024.

C.A.R.E. conference attendees include Resort Developers, Management and Exchange Companies, HOA’s, Travel Clubs, Wholesalers and Inventory Suppliers, and the educational opportunities presented at the conference have been selected with those diverse attendees in mind. Keynote speaker and workshop trainer Summer Jelinek will open the conference with her keynote, ‘Reclaiming Your Energy: 3 Powerful Steps to Control Your Chaos and Boost Your Resilience’. In this session, Jelinek will dive into controlling chaos and managing energy.

“Make no mistake, this is not your parent’s time management class,” said Jelinek “It is an energy management class developed on behalf of and with tired, frustrated, and burned-out professionals! If you find yourself drained and drinking far too much coffee, this is the session for you!”

Kansas City is famous for its art, history, sports, and BBQ, as well as its ability to provide those visiting with ‘a mighty good time.’ This vibrant city of world-class museums, jazz music to rival New Orleans, stunning street art, important historical sites and more is worlds of fun and is the perfect destination to host C.A.R.E.’s renowned networking conference.

Conference attendees will enjoy multiple occasions to solidify existing business relationships and establish new collaborations. Attendees will dine and dance while taking in the amazing views of the downtown area from the Starlight Ballroom at the historic Hotel Kansas City. On the final day of the conference, attendees will enjoy a unique and memorable local experience aboard a Kansas City’s Fun Trolley Tour enabling attendees to get acquainted with the popular sites, local favorites and hidden treasures that Kansas City has to offer. The tour and conference will end at end at No Other Pub by Sporting KC, a spacious sports bar, gaming parlor and social lounge located in the popular Kansas City Power & Light District.

C.A.R.E. was formed because of the need to provide additional services to vacation owners. The continued change in the focus and operation of major exchange entities, the need to maximize revenue and fulfill the needs of marketing programs, as well as the growth of vacation clubs has created the constant need to buy, wholesale and/or exchange inventory. C.A.R.E. membership and attendance at C.A.R.E. conferences help participants achieve these objectives. Service providers affiliated with C.A.R.E. also provide members and attendees with additional benefits.

C.A.R.E., now celebrating its 39th year of promoting ethical and outstanding vacation services, is proud to continue to offer affordable conference rates that include meals and activities throughout the event. Conference registration is available online. For additional information, contact Bonnie Kosco at 800-636-5646 ext. 0. A
