Award-Winning Developer Affiliates New North Baja Vacation Club in Mexico with Interval International
Miami, FL, October 25, 2018 – Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services, announced the addition to its global vacation network of the Aries Vacation Club in Baja California Norte. The club includes Bellafer Ocean View Resort and Spa, a shared ownership property located within the master-planned residential community of Puntazul, which is about 30 minutes south of San Diego.
This is the latest project by Jorge Ojeda, CEO of Mexico-based Grupo Aries, known for its upscale real-estate developments.

Upon completion, the Mediterranean-style Bellafer Ocean View Resort and Spa will feature large one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites just minutes from the beach. Plans call for units with spacious living and dining areas, fully equipped gourmet kitchens, private pools, and furnished patios or terraces. On-site amenities and services will include gourmet restaurants, a wine cellar with a wide selection of the best local vintages, full-service fitness center and spa, heated swimming pools with a large sun deck area, 24-hour room service, and butler service.

Set in the heart of Rosarito, the complex is approximately 54 miles from the famed Baja wine-growing region, known as the Napa Valley of Mexico. Guests at the resort also will have access to an impressive array of upscale amenities and services within the Puntazul complex. They range from a shopping center with restaurants, cafés, and boutiques; a high-performance tennis center with 12 courts; and a conference center with meeting rooms that will have the capacity to host 1,000 people.
Visitors can also tour the vineyards along the Valle de Guadalupe wine route, explore the Arts and Crafts Marketplace, and enjoy the many shops and art galleries. Numerous water-related activities such as fishing, diving, snorkeling, kitesurfing, and paddle boarding are available, in addition to horseback riding, cycling, and championship-level golf courses.
